ANPD enforcement began in 2023 with fines up to 2% of Brazilian revenue, capped at BRL 50 million per violation.
Do Brazilian websites need to support PIX?
PIX is now the dominant payment method in Brazil — 150 million registered users and 42 billion transactions in 2023.
